Permanent Lighting Across Saratoga Springs and Nearby Towns

We install permanent roofline lighting on homes throughout Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area, then help you keep it working season after season. Every system is mounted to protect your trim and gutters, so the lights and the house age well together.

Towns We Serve

Most of our work happens in Saratoga Springs, along with Malta, Ballston Spa, Wilton and Milton. We also travel regularly to Ballston, Greenfield, Saratoga, Northumberland, Moreau and Country Knolls. If your home sits between these places, ask when you call. Chances are we already work near you.

The visit is the same in every town. We walk the roofline with you, look at the fascia, soffits and gutters the track will follow, and point out anything that should be addressed before lights go up. Then you get a written estimate that lists the run lengths, the controller and the power location, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

What Shapes an Install Around Here

  • Housing age and rooflines

Homes across the area range from older houses with deep eaves, dormers and decorative trim to newer builds with long, simple runs of vinyl or aluminum fascia. Older trim often needs a closer look for soft wood or loose paint before we mount anything. Newer homes usually go faster, though tall gables and steep pitches still affect access and time.

  • Winter snow and ice

Upstate winters bring heavy snow, ice along the eaves and repeated freeze-thaw cycles. We place the track and fasteners where sliding snow and ice are less likely to catch them, and we seal every penetration so water does not work into the trim. After a hard winter, it is worth having us check alignment and connections.

  • Summer sun and storms

UV and summer thunderstorms are hard on cheap plastic and exposed wiring. We route connections out of the weather and keep the controller in a protected spot, which helps the system hold its color and stay reliable year-round.

  • HOA rules and permits

Permit practice varies by town, and some neighborhoods have homeowners associations with rules on exterior lighting, brightness or color. We ask about this at the estimate and can give you the details your HOA board may want to see. Where a dedicated outlet or other electrical work is needed, we explain what that involves before work begins.

  • Power and control

Most systems run from an exterior outlet near the controller. We check the circuit, recommend where the power supply should sit, and set up the app-controlled schedule with you before we leave, so holiday colors and an everyday warm white are a tap away.
